Our staff sets us apart. Our commitment to maintaining a small camper to counselor ratio combined with the talent that our Israeli specialists offer will ensure that your child enjoys a safe and unique summer experience.
We work year round to recruit the most qualified counselors, specialists and auxiliary staff from all over the United States and Israel. 20-25% of our staff come to us as summer shlichim and bring an authentic, unique and diverse perspective on Israeli life. We look for counselors with youth work experience and exemplary leadership qualities. They are the camper’s “heros” and act as their role models and mentors. We have “specialists” in several different areas and a RN on staff 24 hours a day.
